The Art of Ascension is a series of ancient, simple and effective techniques for expanding consciousness. Known as Ascension Attitudes, these techniques effortlessly move the mind inward from the surface level to its deepest level — the Source, the Stillness, or what we call the Ascendant.
The first four techniques are based in Praise, Gratitude, Love, and Compassion—opening the mind and heart to greater clarity and peace.
The Ascension techniques are designed to quiet the 60,000 thoughts we think each day. It's like adding a new groove in the brain. Through this process, we replace those habitual thoughts with Praise, Gratitude, Love and Compassion, which leads to a renewed experience of life.
